1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Model Land, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or submit an application.
2. Eligibility
Model Land is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
Applications may be submitted by creators, agencies and other parties interested in Model Land's services.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Selective Admission
Model Land operates as a selective platform.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or discontinue any application or collaboration at our sole discretion.
We are under no obligation to provide reasons for these decisions.
4. Our Services
Model Land creates hyperpersonalized cinematic experiences based on agreements between participating creators, fans and other authorized participants.
Every production begins only after all required approvals, documentation and payments have been completed.
No experience is created without the participating creator's approval.
5. Production Process
Production begins once:
- all required materials have been received;
- all required agreements have been executed;
- payment has been confirmed;
- the creator has approved the requested experience.
Once production has started, the approved concept becomes final.
Model Land does not provide creative revisions or modifications after production has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
Each participant retains ownership of their own:
- name;
- likeness;
- voice;
- photographs;
- recordings;
- identity;
- other original materials they contribute.
Participants grant Model Land only the rights necessary to perform the agreed services during the applicable contractual relationship.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the completed audiovisual production itself constitutes intellectual property created by Model Land and is governed by the separate agreements executed for each production.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a participant's name, likeness, voice or identity to Model Land.
7. Confidentiality and Private Experiences
Some experiences created through Model Land are intended to remain private.
Participants agree to comply with any confidentiality, non-disclosure or usage restrictions contained in their individual agreements.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- impersonate another person;
- submit materials you do not have permission to use;
- use Model Land for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our services;
- redistribute private productions where prohibited;
- use production assets to train artificial intelligence models without authorization.
9. Demonstration Content
Certain demonstration materials available through Model Land may depict synthetic adult content.
Access to these demonstrations is restricted through an age confirmation process.
Participation in Model Land is not limited to adult content creators.
Creators may choose to produce SFW experiences, NSFW experiences or both, depending on their own decisions and agreements.
10. No Guarantee of Availability
Model Land does not guarantee:
- creator availability;
- acceptance into the platform;
- production capacity;
- response times beyond those expressly agreed.
Production capacity may be intentionally limited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Model Land provides its services on an "as available" basis.
We make reasonable efforts to operate securely and professionally but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
Continued use of Model Land constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Model Land LLC is established.
